Acne-prone skin
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Mash up a banana with a spoon until it forms in to a smooth paste. Add honey and lemon juice in and mix up all the ingredients. Apply the mask and let it sit for 15 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.
Each ingredient is packed with nutrients which aid acne prone skin. Bananas contain vitamin A and zinc which act as anti-inflammatories. This helps prevent bacterial infections that contribute to acne. Bananas also contain amino acid which helps strengthen the skin and your connective tissue which helps unclog your pores. Honey acts as an amazing anti-aging agent and moisturizer as it is rich in natural anti-oxidants. Finally, lemon juice is packed with citric acid which acts as a chemical exfoliate which helps eliminates dead cells and oil which causes a breakout.

Ingredients
- 4 plain aspirin pills
- 1 tbsp of lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp honey
Crush the aspirin into powder and mix in the water to form a paste. Mix the honey in to form a smooth paste. Apply the mask and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.
Even though aspirin is a painkiller used to treat headaches this mask creates a revitalizing treatment. Aspirin has a high concentration in hydroxyl acid which is used in exfoliating products therefore this allows the appearance of scars to reduce. In addition, as aspirin is an anti-inflammatory this helps both acne and sensitive skin as it removes impurities which create damaged skin. Honey is a natural antiseptic which helps get rid of blemishes and with high levels of nutrients; it helps the skin stay smooth and prevents aging.

Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
