DIME Beauty Co. was founded by Baylee and Ryan Relf. The brand was created to provide a clean & optimized skincare alternative for anyone and everyone. As a skincare and beauty advocate herself, Baylee wanted to learn more about skincare, which prompted her to become a licensed Master Esthetician. During her time in training, her mom searched for clear and radiant skin while trying to reverse the effects of time. Soon after, Ryan landed a job as a product development specialist in the beauty industry, a match made in heaven! Baylee brought her concerns to the table and worked closely with world-class chemists and formulators.
