Super-Charged Smoothie Bowl
- 1 Frozen Banana
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of Strawberries
- 1tsp Kiki Health's Organic Acai Berry Powder
- 1/2 - 1 Cup of Liquid of Your Choice (Depending on your desired consistency)
- Your favorite toppings (we love berries and chia seeds!)
Add all of your ingredients (except your toppings) into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Start off with a small amount of liquid and keep adding until you've reached your desired consistency. Then simply pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your toppings for a healthy, balanced breakfast.
