I can't be without it, i went away without it and my ends became so dry, really noticeable difference. I think it has helped to maintain my long hair and keep it nourished. Only need 2 drops on mid lengths and ends so it lasts for ages, if you use too much that's when it can make your hair look greasy (as with any oil!)
