5I took the match quiz on Ex1 cosmetics website before ordering here, and I was a little nervous about the shade they chose for me. I shouldn't have been - this is the one and only foundation that actually matches my skin tone. I am delighted and amazed. Aside from a fantastic match, the foundation is kind of a dewy/light-mid coverage formula. I'm very happy.

5Coming from an eclectic ethnic background, I’ve FINALLY found my perfect foundation. Being a guy I sparingly use foundation. Usually for parties or Zoom calls. This is amazeballs. I don’t know what kind of witch craft is in here but the color, texture, finish, look is PERFECT. I mean I have everything from Cle De Peu to Glossier and everything in between. Just half a pump of this does the trick. I bought 2 shades and play mixologist. Plus you can’t beat the price. I’ve gotten soooo many of my friends to switch over or at least add this to one of their daily go to. The only thing I might suggest is the swatches on line are a little off, but that has nothing to do with product. But based on the pics on IG I bought the 2 shades I knew I could work with. I live in the US so there’s not a place here I can go to swatch the colors.

5I am so happy I tried this foundation, finally a match for my pale olive skin tone I used 2.0. I don't think is full coverage but is enough to hide imperfections. I put a foundation powder on top and holds really well for several hours and I have very oily skin. Would recommend specially for matching olive skin tones which has always being hard for me

5Great price, especially if you catch a sale! Love finally finding a foundation for fair olive skin tone. I combine 2.0 and 4.0, ratio depends on the time of year but it's the best match I've found.

5I have had such a hard time finding a foundation that matched my skin it’s always too yellow or too pink or I have to mix 2 or three colors together to make it myself. I found out about this makeup a few years ago but was to hesitant to try it I finally order it and man ! The price was so affordable I typically spent twice as much for foundation !I was missing out it feels light on my face great coverage and it matches perfectly last all day ! I am Mexican and Cuban so it hard to find what matches my olive skin but I finally found a great match. I have super dry skin so if you do make sure u use good mostierizer and good hydrating primary

4After struggling to find a foundation that didn’t look off on me because of my olive undertone, I was excited to try this. The shade matching system was spot on! I even got a bit emotional when I tested it on my face bc this was the first time I ever saw a foundation essentially just melt into my skin perfectly. That being said- I had to rate down a star due to the formulation being tricky. I found that although it’s buildable, it kept sliding off parts of my face as I applied it and other products. I tried different water and silicone primers, brushes and sponges etc. what I found really works well is mixing some concealer in with the foundation- not enough to change the color just to thicken it up and make it more binded (if that makes sense). Since doing this I’ve had no trouble at all, and I’m extremely happy. I’ll be reordering when I start to run low!

5I have oily skin and have a hard time finding foundations that will last all day and keep me from looking like a grease ball. This works perfectly! It covers and stays put all while looking natural and being comfortable. And the shade matches are better than any foundations I have tried. I have light-medium skin with neutral-yellow undertones. I wear 6.0 when I have a tan and 4.0 when I don’t...and mix the two for those in-between times.

5I have the worst time shopping for foundations. I usually use a pressed powder foundation but find those change color and settle into wrinkles and lines over the day. I saw this foundation on a Youtube video and in several reviews for Indian yellow/olive undertoned skin. I was very skeptical since I have very reactive and allergic skin. This foundation is better than an exact match. Does not clog pores and when applied on a good moisturizer or mixed with face oil drops, it looks flawless. It sets nicely with any powder and works really well with Tarte shape tape concealer. Does need powdering just once in the day and reapplication after about 8 hours (in office). Overall I have tried high end brands but the colors do not match and anything less than high end like drugstore makeup, my skin quickly develops a sensitivity to. I like to be able to regulate the amount of oil since it is oil free so less in summer more in winter and whatever moisture I want (most foundations use petroleum products or mineral oils which are fine if you dont react to them but beware you can develop sensitivities) This one is oil free. The color is the best part-nice and yello. Blends nicely and never looks cakey, mask like or ashey like other foundations. Another big plus point is the price! Expensive does not mean better--this one is so affordable. Although I still own and use MAC, PUR, and some limited Loreal and Lancome...they do not compare to EX1. I find that it gives me a solid medium coverage and again looks natural and not cake face. I think a second layer would give me full coverage which I love. I will most certainly buy again.

5I LOVE this foundation. Literally the 4th time I've ordered. I have high end foundations that don't compare. The yellow undertones are SO spot on. & i don't know why they removed the chart that matched up and compared the MAC colors but it matched ME perfectly. I wear a 6.0 -- which was orginally F200 ( I think) & i wear a MAC NC30. IDK if this is considered "Drug Store" foundation, the price surely is drug store pricing. But its just such great quality. The only negatives i have to say: -They aren't LONG lasting. I would say within an 8 hour work day, i would have to touch up. Nothing TOO bad. Even with some high end products you have to touch up. So it's really not a negative. just a heads up. - I will say that it DOES Oxidize. Which was a tad disappointing because when i first purchase, prior to the coloring range expanding, i didn't have any oxidizing. BUT, nonetheless its not BAD AT ALL. I would definitely recommend.
