Wouldn't go out of my way to purchase
This product claims after a few uses to fade spots and hyperpigmentation but most products you use in your daily routine would also have these ingredients and ability to fade hyperpigmentation. Just stick to wearing your sunscreen everyday.

Not worth the price tag
These are great and they do work but they're very expensive. I've used these a few times and they don't heal the spot overnight so you will need to use multiple patches over a period of time.
