What it does:

Please save your money since LOOKFANTASTIC doesn't refund for bad quality opened products
I give it one star for nice color, other than that the wheel thing is so uncomfortable. However, I could've even work around wheel part but this eyeliner is STICKY! You apply it and your eyelids stick together!!!
