I am a huge fan of the gua sha but I have to admit that using the Bear is much quicker and more effective. I see the biggest difference on my jawline which is looking more sharp and defined. When I first started using this device I targeted specific problem areas but now I mostly do full face routines twice a week to maintain results.

I really like the Bear device, after pairing it with the app you get htu video tutorials which help a lot in the beginning. I use it without the app now and generally know how to get the best use out if for each treatment.

The Bear device is a step up from other micro current devices I've used. It doesn't look or behave as a toy, the design is sleek and waterproof and it has great features that help with the treatments. I especially like the vibration feature and the pulsing when you need to move on to a different zone, I find beeping so irritating so it's a nice change.
