My once a week
I really do think this has transformed my curls, my scalp feels fresher also, I only wash my hair twice a week and I wanted something more that would really refresh my mane but be gentle enough not to dry out my curls, I co wash the other time so really this is the best shampoo I've used so far after reading reviews and shopping around a bit I'm so glad I decided on this one. It's now a firm staple in my hair care routine
