What do you do at lookfantastic? 

I’m responsible for all parts of the US side of the business and building our lookfantastic brand awareness over here on the other side of the pond! This covers everything from our marketing and customer service to building a lookfantastic office culture over here in our new NYC base

What's the best thing about working alongside women here at lookfantastic?

There are so many female role models I look up to in the lookfantastic team; it is amazing to work alongside them and to share in their expertise, opinions and guidance daily. 

JASON - SENIOR COUNTRY MANAGER

What do you do at lookfantastic? 

I look after our Asia territories, specifically Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and UAE. I look after a fantastic team, all working together to bring the lookfantastic brand to all beauty lovers in Asia.

What's the best thing about working alongside women here at lookfantastic? 

The passion and experience they all have for lookfantastic. I’ve been able to work and learn from women who have worked in industries from cosmetics manufacturing to qualified lawyers, originating from countries around the world. 

Also they can teach me how makeup works, because I had no idea what a mascara was when I first joined!

CAROLINE - REGIONAL MANAGER

What do you do at lookfantastic?

I oversee our Australian beauty business. In the past 9 months I have relocated to Australia, setup a new office and team in Sydney, launched lookfantastic Australia and enjoyed every second of it!

What's the best thing about working alongside women here at lookfantastic?

Being surrounded by intelligent, hardworking, passionate females makes my job even more worthwhile.

We may be from different backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures but we are united in our passion to make people all around the world look and feel fantastic!

BETH - PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE

What do you do at lookfantastic?

I've worked at lookfantastic since being an NVQ, and now I work as the key contact for some of the biggest beauty brands we stock on site.

What does #BalanceforBetter mean for you?

This idea definitely means a lot to me; it’s great to see so many females in senior roles here at lookfantastic and it makes me really excited for my future.

ALEX - MARKETING DIRECTOR

What do you do at lookfantastic? 

I look after the global digital marketing teams, everything from what emails sends we do to our google ads. I work across all of our different territories, so I'm always speaking to different members of the team.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Don’t be scared to do something different- moving into beauty would have terrified me a few years ago and made me feel out of my depth but I’ve loved every second of it since joining. I'd also remind myself to use moisturiser.
