To use micellar water, soak a cotton pad with some H2O micellar water. Gently cleanse and remove make up, impurities and pollution from face and eyes. For long wear or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the eyelids for a few seconds before wiping off the skin, repeat the process with clean cotton until they appear free of makeup and debris.
