Inspired by brow lamination and ‘soap brow’ trends, the Too Faced Fluff and Hold Laminating Brow Wax seeks to add volume and texture to your brows, with long-lasting hold to lock hairs in place.
The liquid wax formula arrives in a universal clear shade, delivering the long-wearing benefits of a wax with the easy application and comfort of a gel. The dual-ended applicator features a spoolie wand to brush and fluff up brows, while the comb helps to lay hairs flat to create a fuller, feathered look.
Step 1: Apply on clean, dry brows, using the wand applicator with a backcombing technique. Brush hair against the hair growth.
Step 2: Before the liquid wax sets, place and press the comb side against the skin and sweep upward slowly until hair is laid flat. From the arch of the brow to tail end, sweep hair in the natural direction of growth.
Step 3: For stubborn hairs, hold the wand in place for a few seconds and then brush up.
