Please read if you have sensitive skin
Firstly I just want to say this moisturises and leaves an amazing glow to the skin. Little goes a long way too. However having sensitive skin I couldn't continue using it as part of my skincare routine. I skipped days so it's not too irritating but I also wanted my skin getting used to it. It definitely feels gritty and more tingly for sensitive skin like mine. It doesn't smell good either and I got it on my lips before! Very salty tangy taste like citrus, which explains why it feels tingly on my skin. I love how my skin looks instantly and feels the next morning, but I suppose I couldn't get used to the tingling sensation! I'll prob try this after a few months and see if it settles over time. But if you have sensitive skin do read this and know what to expect.

Lovely product, non greasy, leaves skin feeling so soft and nourished, consistency is a little gritty but soaks in well, price is brilliant so very good value for money, will definitely purchase again

Not perfect
The consistency of suspension is very strange, it is not comfortable. You feel it on your face all the time like an oil.

Really good
I find some vitamin c serums irritate my skin and others cause horrendous Pilling, but this sits on the skin nicely and does help with redness with continued use

Brightening
This is amazing lotion. It's a tad on the grainy side and a little runny so it's hard to get out of the tube to start with but it adapts. A little goes a long way - for real. I put it on at night before bed after I cleanse and it doesn't burn or anything. Makes your moisturizer last a little longer as you need less. So far I've seen some results. Primarily on this tough sunspot on my chest, but my face looks brighter, clearer, pores look smaller, wrinkles fading - all in all I'm very pleased.

Crazy Good
Coming back for a second bottle. This is a very good product that I put on after alpha lipoic acid 5%. Both together is transforming where as most lotions only smooth the surface of one's face. Highly recommended. Tingling means the product is working. .

Not bad.
Yes it is very tingly and I suggest you mix it at least half n half with a nice thick lotion or serum. My routine is wash, exfoliate (2x per week), then use this mix. In a weeks time it has already lessened some bumpy area where my melasma is on my cheeks. Will be ordering more. For the price u seriously cant beat it.

Will Burn Your Face
Being a skincare fanatic, and research for the best of the best< I was excited to run across the skincare line The Ordinary. With the prices so low, I ordered a few products, but this VITAMIN C, Oh My Goodness, it burns sooo bad !! I had read that it might leave a tingling sensation, which I thought to be a tightening feel. It burnred so bad immediately upon application, and I was thinking, it would subside. Instructions mentioned to add moisturizer in case of tingling, which I did... I could NOT tolerate any longer, practically in tears. I was washing my face (washing off the Buffet, which I like), everything, washing over and over with cool water. My face was red and it took quite a while to calm down with moisturizers after washing. I don't know what ingredient caused this having used Vitamin C before. I have not have any product affect me in this way ever. If you have sensitive skin please don't use this product. If you have open blemishes it could damage your skin. I will continue using the buffet, so far, it's ok, but too soon to tell...
