Jessica Brilliance Nail Polish Top Coat 7.4ml
Infused with UV inhibitors to prevent your polish from fading, the top coat promotes a glass-like shine.
Oil: Just one drop per cuticle will provide deep hydration and stimulate nail growth. Massage in and use a cotton bud to push your cuticles back.
Base Coat: Apply two coats of Fusion Nail Polish Base Coat using between 8-10 strokes. Finish by brushing across the free edge (tip) of the nail to seal it in. Wear on its own as a nail treatment or follow with your signature Custom Colour shade.
Top Coat: Apply two generous coats over your Custom Colour Nail Polish, using as many long strokes as you need for even coverage. Paint along the free edge to seal in the shine.
