I have been using this cleanser for nearly two years as a part my double cleansing routine .I first apply this cleanser on a face full of makeup ,massage and take it off with damp cloth that comes with it .it takes away literally every bit of makeup,I use water proof mascara .the cloth that comes with it is much better than what we get from any other store .then I follow with my bioderma sensibio and then wash my face .it's the best balm cleanser I have ever used .little bit pricey but lasts long!!

Gorgeous scent and lovely melty texture. Great for pampering and removes make-up easily. I previously had this in a sample size pot and knew it was worth buying the largest version this time. Took me a while to feel ok about spending so much on a cleanser but it smells so good I even bought a candle of the same scent! Leaves skin feeling soft and looking glowy.

This cleansing balm is pricey, but considering the size of the pot and the cloth it comes with, it's worth it. The scent is just wonderful and the texture that turns milky with added water feels amazing on the skin.

I have tried a number of cleansing balms and oils and I have to say, this one is by far the best. Removes all eye make up as well as foundation. Smells lovely and skin feels soft afterwards. Would highly recommend.

So much easy to use. Not a fan of the scent but it's not over powering and you can hardly notice it. Use it when I'm double cleansing and it takes everything off 

I received a small size of this product in a Look Fantastic monthly box. I used it as step 1 of a double cleanse. I prefer to use an oil in a bottle or pump rather that a balm in a jar for hygienic purposes but since I already had this, I tried it. It takes off all my makeup and rinses clean, either when used with a cloth or simply rinsed off. My complaint is with the fragrance- it's SO STRONG! It's not an unpleasant fragrance- it's just overwhelming! On my first attempt, I used it to remove my eye makeup and it made my eyes watery and they felt dry and uncomfortable after rinsing (note that my eyes, like the rest of my face, are sensitive). The remaining time I used it, I removed my eye makeup first and applied the balm to the rest of my face. My eye did not sting but they did water. If Emma makes a fragrance free version of this product (or better yet, a fragrance free cleansing oil in a pump) I would love to try it. I'd also love a body product (like a foot cream) with that scent. Just not on my face!

The balm is amazing, I love it, this is my second bottle, but this time I had a bad experience with it, i live in Arizona and I just got my order, opened it and like one fourth of the balm just leaked on my countertop, it was very liquid and nothing like balm consistency. Sealing protection was stuck on the lid and I don't even know if it was sealed at all. It is very disappointing, since it is so expensive. People from hot places should be warned! Not every balm melts like this, I recently received another makeup remover balm from Banila Co, it fully kept it's butter consistency.
