Best eyeliner ever
I was gifted this eyeliner from a friend who received it in a monthly subscription and doesn't use it. I've tried at least 5 other graphic eyeliners and they always seem to be too dry and irritated my eyelids because I had to push it against my lid to get it out.. That in turn just made a mess.. This pen is LEGIT. I'll never use another one. I'm here leaving this review as I buy another one because I can't run out!!!!
