An absolute must have, Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant is a skincare classic that restores, calms and helps relieve chapped, cracked and dry skin. It works efficiently to sooth roughness, redness and minor skin irritations.

8hr protectant
I have used the 8hr protectant for at least 10years, I apply to my lips and to eyelashes and brows and around eye area on top of night cream every evening for extra condition. Also great for any dry patches or cracked lips. I will always use this product and have recommended to so many family and friends who also ! now use. It really is like magic in a tube, with so many great properties.!

The best ever
How did I only discover this product a year ago?! It is an all rounder, apply it on my lips, edges of my nose and the back of my hairs as they are all dry. It has been the only this that actually gets rid of the dryness! My friends love it too!

I don't get the hype
I finally used up my tube of this and am still wondering why the fuss over this product. I haven't found that this does anything different or better than Vaseline. Yes it softens dry patches, cuticles, elbows and feet. Yes it can be used as a lip treatment - but again it is no more effective than regular petroleum jelly. I have found them to be interchangeable and Vaseline is MUCH cheaper and doesn't have the weird smell.
